A bit about Celso,
I’m passionate about helping organisations navigate the profound shifts AI is bringing to the world of work. With over two decades of global leadership experience in technology—including senior executive roles—and a strong academic foundation, I now focus my portfolio career on one core mission: to bridge the gap between AI innovation and human potential.
Today, I work across several dimensions of this mission. I advise senior leaders on how to integrate AI into their workforce strategies in ways that are sustainable, ethical, and human-centric. I lecture on AI and digital transformation with UCD Professional Academy and the Digital Learning Institute, delivering practical learning to professionals and executives eager to stay ahead of change. I’m also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, where my research explores how AI-driven digital transformation is reshaping HR and organisational design.
Speaking and writing are integral parts of how I share what I learn. Whether on stage, in the classroom, or in print, I focus on helping people not just understand AI—but understand what to do with it. I contribute to conversations around AI and the future of work, with the aim of making complex topics accessible, thought-provoking, and actionable.
Above all, I believe the future of work is not just about technology—it’s about people. My work is rooted in the belief that AI can and should enhance human potential, not replace it. My goal is to help organisations build resilient, future-ready cultures where both technology and people can thrive.
